Disliked: I was very disappointed we have stayed here every time we go back to my hometown this was the first time that the rooms and service was horrible. One of the rooms had a hole in the wall along with a bullet hole, fridge didn't work and the room was full of flies. The other room had a piece of metal stuck in one of the sockets, and the top locks were broken. The reception was rude and had an attitude

Unexpected Experience

Liked: I was appreciative that I could bring my pet and that the staff was nice.
Disliked: The room I was originally assigned was filthy when I opened the door. That has never happened to me before and I stay there quite frequently during the last 2 months of the year. There seemed to be many empty rooms when I walked by them, but I was told that none of them were available. The young lady at the desk quickly moved us to a different room. However the next room had a door that was very hard to close, and the light over the sink had to be cut off and cut on several times before it would actually come on. This was an unusual weekend here at this hotel. When I came to check out and possibly book for the following weekend there was no one available. When someone finally came out I just gave her the key cards and left.
