Liked: they have W/D, but they’re expensive.
Disliked: Parking isn’t included.Unnecessarily difficult check-in process.Rude staff.Horrible location (fwy exits & entrances cause insane traffic).dirty towels.WiFi didn’t work or even connect to the TV.elevators could use some servicing.

Disliked: My experience with Motel 6, where do I start the checking in was horrible I was there to attend 2 day event Hard Summer at the Sofi. Motel 6 staff did not allow anyone to check in until 3pm due too the rooms not ready and not enough staff. The event started at 2pm I had to pay for additional parking while I was staying as Guest in Motel 6. WOW that is ridiculous. When I finally got to check in the room walls we're very sticky, dirty towels very unsanitary. I called front desk for new towels I had to go down stairs to get my own towels and blanket. The elevators were very very slow. I asked staff where do they have the stairs, Tae front desk staff said there no stairways.There's a map on the floor I was on about stairway but cannot use it. Why have map there and shows stairs. Please do better.That's safety hazard. I do not recommend anyone too stay here.

Liked: Ms. Trenya was very professional. She welcomed me and kept a smile the whole time she helped me. She was very nice to talk to and if I could I would’ve talked to her all night.
Disliked: No complaints.
