Liked: The staff is very friendly & if u need anything just go to the front counter & ask them. They will glad to help u. They're always smiling & always say hi to u.
Disliked: Nothing.

Poor

Liked: The size of the bedroom was decent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I would have appreciated the option of enjoying my coffee at the reception with some fresh fruit or pastries, which would have been a nice touch to improve the guest experience.
Disliked: The room’s overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The carpet not only appeared visibly stained but also emitted a strong, unpleasant odor that made the space feel unhygienic. The lingering smell created an uncomfortable atmosphere and suggested that the property’s housekeeping standards are poorly managed. Additionally, the vanity had a noticeable crack, and the attempted repair was visibly unprofessional, further contributing to the impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail.
