A bit below what we...

Liked: Clean, extra toilet paper, TV worked, glad motel was pet friendly even though we don't have a pet.
Disliked: No amenities, No hand bar in shower, no soap dish or shelf in shower, no microwave or coffee maker, a clock would be nice, Security latch on door smashed, cracks in plaster around door-frame, window screens badly bent near window latch (these were not confidence inducing).

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk and all the staff where extremely helpful and friendly all said good morning good afternoon and good evening

Disliked: I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel at all.

Disliked: Everything!

Hell

Liked: Nothing will never go there again.
Disliked: Drug activity. No towels. Key cards did not work we had to always be let into our rooms. Homeless hanging at stairs. No one watching children and them screaming in pool unsupervised.

Disappointing

Disliked: I could not even shower because the room had no hot water when I informed office personal all the said was sorryand unfortunately it is the only affordable motel localy and it is still pretty expensive for it's lack of.

Pleasant

Disliked: The dirtiness, the lack of people skills in the employees

Overall value stay!

Liked: Explored Santa Barbara all Saturday and to avoid the $400-$1,000/night Santa Barbara hotels, I drove 50 minutes to Lampoc and stayed here for $89 on a Saturday night. (Was headed to Pismo Beach Sunday anyway so win-win).
Disliked: Slightly unpleasant odor upon room entry. A lot of trash behind bed frame (noticed while looking for TV remote). Women’s hair in various parts of room (like shower and sheets).

Liked: Comfortable room, very helpful staff
