Disliked: Unfortunately the room I was placed in was completely packed with crawling critters! (Roaches) I was very unpleasant

You get what you pay...
Liked: It’s a good price, you get what you pay. The water pressure was really good!
Disliked: For a non smoking room we smelled so much like smoke that the scent was on my daughters car seat.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk when we finally got there around 830pm was great. Our original room he put us in wasn't clean and beds weren't made, there was rotting food in the fridge, so I went back and asked to be put in another room and he did just that, that room was clean.
Disliked: Rotting food in the fridge and room was still dirty because it hadn't been cleaned and he said it was marked that they did, but he got us another room.

Hassle
Liked: I liked the closeness to the convention center.
Disliked: I didn’t like the facts that I reserved my room for 4 nights and 4 guest. Every night we would get back to our room and our room keys were deactivated, we were only given 2 towels, house keeping NEVER came to our room the whole time we were there, the bathroom had black mold, one of the beds was broke and it took over 45 minutes to get it fixed. Upon check in we had an issue where they were trying to collect a payment when I paid in advance but the lady at check in was a blessing and helped with that. The gentleman who was helping us get maintenance to come fix the bed was a huge help when we went back up there he personally walked to get maintenance and walked him to our room and apologized because he thought the maintenance guy came already.
