It was near the place...

Liked: There is a lady working at the frontdesk. I asked her to call an uber or taxi. While speaking the glass in front of her makes it impossible for me to hear. I told her " you have to help me" i cant understand what you are saying. She began to clap her hand on the counter asking me to giver her my phone. Wow, i am a tour operator, i have never experience somebody as uneducated as her. Sorry. I will NEVER come back andI have a witness. She has long hair.
Disliked: The service of the lady with long hair at the front desk.
