Disliked: There was no breakfast. While the loxation was handy, we heard freeway traffic all night long.

Liked: No likes!! The girl at the front desk doesn't understand English or understand how a hotel works. I check out of the dumpy room I'm in and booked one online moved in got yelled at because I wasn't allowed to do that per front desk girl. She blocked the dumpy room I was in, than tell me I have to go back to it because I have a dog and that I didn't check out when I was moved to another room yesterday and today have to go back to the same room. if I wanna stay and get a cheaper rate I have every given right! When I reserved my rate with a gentleman he quoted me 327 for the week I check in she said 478. Here for work mind you, than get a room that a toilet doesn't work no refrigerator microwave etc. Very mistreated that's for sure!

won't stay there again!

Disliked: We had stayed there previously so decided we would again. this time the bathroom sink was nearly off the wall, the water would spray on you and floor, the floor at the foot of the bed was separating, big dogs barking during the night, and the hall way stunk of dogs. Not the experience we previously had and won't go back. the staff at office said they couldn't do anything because we didn't book through them.

Liked: Great location to nearby restaurants and fast food.
Disliked: For some reason there was so much loud screaming on 2 nights in a row on the 3rd floor. It went on for an half hour both nights until I had to call the front desk. Is there no security,?. Thanks for moving us to the 1st floor. It helped. Need automatic doors in the front lobby. I had to set all my luggage down twice to open 2 doors and scooch it through while trying to hold the doors open. Very inconvenient. Otherwise nice facility and amenities.
