Disliked: I don’t know how the heck you guys source those towels because you would’ve had to intentionally choose towels that were worse than the worst standard available. Hotel towel. I get cost-cutting but holy crap I run a hotel…towels are not that expensive. You would’ve had to custom source those to be that bad is it really worth the effort? I noticed on your cart that you have your laundry done by alsco The standard alsco towel is better than that towel. Just use their standard towel. It’s not even that they are rough and small… it’s all of it for some reason they smell like cardboard. I almost wonder if they are disposable.

Liked: I didn't like anything really at the place
Disliked: It's really far and away from everything. The bed was not comfortable at all. My TV remote didn't turn on the TV and only half worked. My pillow case had wrinkles on it like someone slept on it before. Check in lady seem like she was ready to go home and didn't really feel welcomed. We did not have any DND signs so housekeeping knocked on our door at like 8/9 and woke us up with check out being 11. When checking out there was no one at the front desk to check out so I just left the key on the counter and left anyone could of took it. I didn't complain because I honestly didn't think it would do anything or get me anywhere.
