A surprising gem!

Liked: You never really know what you are getting when you book a Motel 6, but this one exceeded all expectations! The motel was very clean, inside and outside, even the areas where we walked the dogs were clean and nicely landscaped. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, absolutely no foul odors in the hallway or inside the room. ( I apologize for repeating the word "clean" so many times, but cleanliness is so important for a hotel and this one was clean!!!). The bedding was crisp and white, in perfect condition. The towels were clean and fresh smelling, but could have been softer. The mattress was firm. The coffee was excellent! I have zero complaints . The location felt very safe, and was perfect for our needs (visiting The Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, etc.). There was no breakfast, but there is a very nice gas station and convenience store located next door.
Disliked: I really have nothing to complain about. Softer towels would be the only thing I can think of that would have made this even better than it already was.
