Liked: There was no extra fee for my dogs
Disliked: The tattooed girl with the crazy hair at check-in was not at the counter when I arrived, did not greet me or give customer service when she finally came out, and frankly was intimidating. I paid for a room with a microwave and fridge thinking I could heat up food for us, but there was no microwave so I had to spend extra, unplanned money going out to eat. The water pressure in the shower was very low and took forever to rinse my long hair, and the towels were horriblly rough and worn out and there was only one hand towel and wash cloth for two adults. The floor was so filthy that when i tried to mop up water ispilled from the dog bowl, i could not get the area to become clean and the paper towels just kept turning black. No one came to clean the rooms during our three-day stay. There was no warm blanket on the beds and the pillows were flat. The TV would not get loud enough to hear over the air conditioner and kept turning itself off in the middle of the program. There were vagrants and people camping in the parking lot and the cops were there when we arrived. There was no designated place to walk my dogs and no poop bags and no place to dispose of dog poop, so there was dog poop all over the place. I was too afraid to complain about anything because I thought for sure the rude tattooed woman would either let other people in our room to steal or harm us or do it herself. I will not be back because this was not worth nearly 400 bucks and I was ripped off because i paid for a microwave that I did not get.

Liked: Location was good. Easy to get in and out of. Gas station and convenience store right next door is handy.
Disliked: When we tried to check out about 10 am, there was a line up of about 5 people waiting but no one was at the front desk. Someone found a housekeeper to look for the staff but no one could find her. After a long wait, We eventually just left the key cards and went. When we were getting into our vehicle we saw the front desk person..walking..leisurely... from the food store carrying a large food bag. Maybe during check out times someone should be manning the desk? Also. The grounds were SO full of dog poop. Obviously people weren't picking up after their dogs. We had been traveling with our dog for 2 weeks and this motel was so full of poop on the grounds it was the worst we've ever seen. . Does the motel not pick up if the owners don't? Seems like other places do that. Floor in the room was very dirty.
