Liked: That it was close to the Allegiant stadium and only that
Disliked: The room had several issues that are severe such as cockroaches, dirty furniture including the bed frame and AC, the fire alarm fell on us while sleeping, no house keeping, was told late check out is two thirty only to be rushed out at 11, when complaining I was told there’s no rooms to replace the one we are in, I prepaid only to be charged more because reception said it didn’t go through, and when complaining at check out the manager was rude and flipped us off. This is all on recording. I need to be contacted asap about my stay this weekend. Liked: I booked this hotel because it was a 10 min walk to Allegiant Stadium and was super affordable. The staff was incredibly helpful.
Disliked: For the price, the accommodation were as expected, but the room was fairly small. I would not vacation here, but if you need somewhere to put your stuff while going to the stadium, it gets the job done.

Low cost, poor stay and...

Liked: Cost was low, but you get what you paid for. Stay anywhere else.
Disliked: Construction on the road all around the motel, makes it very difficult to get to the entrance. Most of the long-term residents here are addicts making it unsafe for tourists, especially females ones, as the addicts roam around outside their rooms and make a lot of noise. The motel promised a full refund as the AC was not working and the did not have another motel room available nearby. Unfortunately, no refund was provided. Very disappointed in the stay and will not be staying here again.
