Bad
Liked: Very nice staff making the most of a very bad situation
Disliked: Unsafe area, rooms were as clean as they could be all considered, but burns on the walls and furniture, stains on the sheets, and plumbing problems. People screaming at each other, doing hard drugs right outside even during the day, randomly knocking at your door, and at 3 am a man demolished a car in the parking lot with a brick. Our car was right next to it and got some minor damage on the passenger side door. Stay away from this one

Not worth staying at
Disliked: It smelt strongly of cigarettes which is really off putting for a non smoker. The bathroom door was hard to close and there was no toilet paper holder.

Price was reasonable, location proximity...
Liked: Convenient location for our purposes.
Disliked: The room was not ready when we got there, even though check in was at 3, it was after 4 pm and they still said we had to wait for it to be cleaned. When we finally got in the room, it reeked of chemical cleaning supplies. The room had mold on the floor trim, paint was peeling, the toilet seat was broken. Just outside the office door there were homeless people, prostitutes, junkies and pimps. EVERYWHERE. People trying sell you something or panhandling. Everyday, I had to go to the office to get our key card reprogrammed because they only programmed them to work for one day. What a pain in the butt! The first night, at 4 a.m., someone started knocking on our door, clearly had the wrong room. The next morning we were awakened early in the morning by a smoke alarm in the room next door, going off for quite awhile. Then the fire department shows up to take a chainsaw to the door because the occupant was passed out and not answering the door. Definitely the worst part of a skeevy town like Las Vegas.
