Liked: The location is unbeatable. Good price. Ample free parking.
Disliked: The staff COULD be nicer. Especially the front desk. They do things fast and courteous but mildly "robotic" and "by the numbers". A smile here and there could work wonders

Horrible and inexcusable customer service.

Disliked: I was charged twice for this reservation and Booking.com never refunded my money despite numerous calls that I made to their call center requesting a refund. I was charged on the Booking.com app and again charged by Motel 6. Every time I called Booking.com regarding my refund status they appeared to never have any previous knowledge of my previous phone calls. I would like Booking.com to refund my money by check because the debit card that was fraudulently charged has been cancelled for security purposes. Motel 6 was no help as well and told me Booking.com had to refund the fraudulent charge because it was Booking.com who sent them my debit card information without my permission. Booking.com customer service is incompetent and ill prepared to deal with customer concerns, especially when it comes to fraudulent charges for which they are to blame.

Liked: The facility was clean and well kept
Disliked: The front desk receptionist made it feel very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here before and they were friendly. I arrive and wait there for about 2 mins before she acknowledges me. She saw me and puts her hands over her face and yawning (sighs) like thanks for the warm welcome. If you don’t like your job then look somewhere else.
