Horrible and ghetto

Liked: The location is great but the staff running the place is so rude and ghetto I felt like I was on love and hip hop while staying there. There was so much drama between staff and residents.
Disliked: The staff had there family staying at the hotel if your guest here you have to move in there favor

Liked: It seems the more I stay at this location the worse the customers are! Noisy, Loud, obnoxious, no respect for those who have to go to work!

Never again!

Liked: I like the idea that it was close to where I needed to be but pointless because I didn’t even stay there. I am suppose to be getting a full refund.
Disliked: The location looked nothing like the pictures online. First room was smelly like marijuana and cigarettes and it looked like someone was already staying in that room when I walked it and it was dirty run down looking baseboards broken dirty appliances.The front desk apologized and gave me a different room when I got to that room it had a moldy smell, the base boards falling off the wall it was very run down and out dated. There were spiders and spiderwebs even spider eggs and bugs. I have never been so disappointed and grossed out. I went up front again and the lady apologized and said I will be getting my full refund I had to find a different place to stay last minute but I refused to stay there with my family. I took pictures to send to corporate if they want them.
