Disliked: Staff when checking in wasn't the most pleasant. They were on the phone when I came in and didn't get off until after I already made it to the counter

Liked: For the price I was not expecting anything monumental, it was very affordable and me and my friends just needed a place to sleep. I was very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, smelled normal, and the staff was very kind as well. The location was fine, though I have to admit the biggest thing that made me not give this place a perfect 10 was the somewhat sketchy other people that were staying at the hotel. I recommend the third floor if they have spots available because the walls are very thin and you will hear people above you if you are on the first 2 floors. Overall a very good motel, far better than any red roof inn I've stayed at.

Disliked: I've been staying here off and on for almost 2 years I made a reservation and went to check in and the lady at the fest told me I would have to pay a 200$ deposit. Which I have never had to pay before.

Liked: My room was FILTHY, the sheets were dirty, they were not changed from the previous occupant, the bathroom walls were dirty, a guy was cooking in the room down the hall. Overall a filthy place and unconfortable stay.
