Disliked: Like most other motels/hotels, walls are paper thin so noise from adjoining rooms or above was annoying but something you come to expect. Pack ear plugs.

Liked: I would give it a zero but there isn’t a zero listed. I made a reservation in advance, I always pick pay at property because it gives me the option to use another card or pay in cash. I been using booking for 15 years now and I have always booked the same way pay at property. On April 19th I traveled from New York to Lancaster PA I get to the Motel around 9pm and I am told my reservation was cancelled and that they had no rooms available. I told them that I put on my reservation pay at property why would they cancel it. They said that they charged my card and it didn’t go through, I said I was paying with another card since I had paid at property. So I had to find another location a 40 min drive be inconvenience and this motel has the nerve to try to make me pay a booking they cancelled. They should be paying me for the stress they put me through. Horrible way to run a business cancelling guest reservations. I will never book with this motel….
Disliked: That I made a reservation through booking and I added pay at property and when I got there they cancelled my reservation plus they were sold out… and want to charge me a cancelling fee that they cancelled…..
