Liked: The location and comfort of the bed!
Disliked: The noise was constant like someone was running and jumping over my head. It felt like the ceiling was going to fall in, and someone was constantly beating on the door next to me. Mostly late at night!

Disliked: Water pouring out of light fixture and vent in bathroom. Worker rude. Says this is not housekeeping and put a trash can under the leak. Would not let us change rooms. It was a horrible 2 days

Liked: Nothing went well only liked the location.
Disliked: They gave me a smoking room and I asked for a non-smoking room. The bed sheets had holes in it them like a smoke stain. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They did not give us towels/ bath clothes when we needed more. They said we had to wait to the next day. The tv didn’t work. We called the help desk and they said they could not help us because maintenance wasn’t there.
