Disliked: Our bed frame was broken so half of our bed flipped up when we laid down on it. The room also was not cleaned very well

Liked: It was clean and simple to rent here, I’d go a million times if I had the money.
Disliked: For some odd reason, the cleaning ladies will randomly knock super loud in the morning and attempt to open your door, the deadlock saved them coming into my room at least 6 times in one stay.

Liked: That is was close to the festival we were going to but will never go back after double charged and rude employee hung up on me and my wife .
Disliked: The key cards sucked and noisy because the walls have no insulation.Double charged and wanted to speak to the manager after being treated ridiculously rude when calling and hung up on us twice after paying before coming through booking.com .

Liked: The price was low and it was convenient to the event we were attending.
Disliked: I didn’t like that it didn’t feel clean. There was no carpet on the floor which normally isn’t an issue but the floor had this sticky, moist film. It was gross to walk on. The room had a terrible smell and the windows were open on arrival I’m guessing to air it out. Sleeping was an issue because we were terrified about bedbugs even though we searched and never saw any. Warm water for showers was brief if any at all.

Disliked: No shampoo or refrigerator and entry door to back of building did not work and had to walk through the front lobby to get to my room in the back of the building.
