Disliked: Being hustled by the guy at the desk who was making everyone that wanted to ckeck in before 3pm pay an early check in fee that seemed to be negotiable as i witnessed 4 people including myself pay different amounts none lower than $20. take it from someone who worked as a multi unit manager regional manager for a national quick chain Jiffy Lube. Either your company actually charges extra for anyone that checks in before 3 PM which I find ridiculous because after traveling for 14 hours, I had very little control over scheduling my time to arrive exactly at 3 PM which forced me at my companion to sit out in the car in the heat sleepy waiting for three which is a bit deceiving from the prices that you post cause it says nothing of a early check-in fee so bad for business. Or your daytime desk guy has a really good hustle cause I watched him make more than $200 and who knows how many people he did that to you that I didn’t see so on a daily basis I’d say he’s doing pretty good for himself. Maybe she should send a mystery shopper in there undercover supervisor from a different area. Take a look see what’s going on. I’ll never stay there again.

Disliked: Very nasty manager. His level of nasty and rude was appalling . Drugs everywhere. Hookers walking around in and out of rooms at night. Guests fighting with each other. Room floor was filthy black. I’ll never stay at a motel 6 again. Manager sent my mail back and wouldn’t give me any mail, causing me to miss very important medical insurance.
