Disliked: Management was horrible. Our AC broke and he came in to fix it. three times and given the same code, error refused to put it in another room while my kids and dog and wife set a 90° room finally he decided to give us a sloping room. My wife refused because we have two children with asthma. They proceeded to argue with my wife call her names and then eventually came back to the roof and a new key to another room except do not extend your stay. You guys are no longer welcome to all because the facility could’ve maintain their AC units. This is very discouraging being a customer. Never have I ever seen such in inhumanity unprofessionalism. For customer service would offer us a refund. They said it would take 7 to 10 business days. We can’t afford that somebody apple.com. Please help if I could just get five nights credited to my Booking.com account. I will pick elsewhere to stay.

Liked: Room was excellent except for the floor!
Disliked: For whatever reason, the floor sweated and there was water on the floor. Quiet a bit!

Could’ve been better

Liked: I liked how they don’t come banging on the door right at 11am
Disliked: My room has tons of condensation. My floor and bathroom was literally wet and in water. Stay wasn’t as enjoyable for the price.

Disliked: Rm 217 the first night the Heater was not working, and we Freeze to death and the Second Night we moved to Room 219 and the heater was Great but like the first room was Dirty , toilets was dirty, the Floor was not swept. The refrigerator and microwave was not clean .
