Exceptional

Don't stay here. The price...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The wifi didn't work. There were bugs in my room, and the floor was falling apart.

Poor

Liked: The AC was nice and cold
Disliked: There wasn't a microwave or mini fridge. There was also A LOT of screaming in the hallway. Not really sure what was going on but somebody was upset. The AC did blow cold air but it kept making a grinding noise which made it difficult to sleep.

Great place for chain smokers...

Liked: The room was big.
Disliked: The whole place smelled like smoke. I paid on Booking app, but they said I had not paid and I paid again. Both charges are now on my credit card. But the smoke smell in the office was so overwhelming that I only argued a few minutes before giving up.

One night is ok

Liked: Was a quick stay for a baseball tournament last minute. Our room was clean. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The smell of cigarette smoke is really bad. Our room was ok if the air conditioner was running. The hallways and main entry the smell was overwhelming

Got bit by bed bugs...

Liked: Ended up leaving early
Disliked: Nothing because they have bed bugs and got bit don't like being bit by bugs I stayed in room 113

Disliked: you need to put shower mats in the shower for safety ok

Rude staff & infested

Liked: They accept pets all breads.
Disliked: I was laying in bed & a cockroach crawled across my shoulder. I went directly to the front desk told them & showed them a picture I took of it & asked if I could change rooms. This was around 6 am. I was told I had to stay in this room until check out at 11 am & then I could check in to another room.
