Liked: The woman in charge of the office is on oxygen and chain smoking And hacking up a lung Right in the lobby like right behind the desk it looks like she’s living in that room and the smell smoke was absolutely overwhelming. I was blown away that the person in charge of running that hotel is sitting there doing that to your place and creating that experience for your clients. Absolutely couldn’t believe it

Disliked: The wifi didn't work. There were bugs in my room, and the floor was falling apart.

Liked: The AC was nice and cold
Disliked: There wasn't a microwave or mini fridge. There was also A LOT of screaming in the hallway. Not really sure what was going on but somebody was upset. The AC did blow cold air but it kept making a grinding noise which made it difficult to sleep.
