Liked: I was double charged for the room. Reservations through Booking.con and then charged by staff when I checked in. I tried calling both companies but told to talk with other company. $70+ extra charged for 1 room / 1 night. All other stays at Motel 6 with reservations with Booking.com during my trip from California to DC were fine except for the Knoxville stay.
Disliked: The double charge for the room.

Disliked: The hotel was extremely dirty!!! There are no words that can describe how disgusted I was. Please avoid this hotel especially if you’re accompanied by children.

Liked: The beds were very loud and uncomfortable but it was nicely updated. Not enough parking either

Disliked: Whoever was responsible for turning over room 316 after the previous guest… didn’t. I walk into the room and there’s a pile of sheets and towels on one of the beds which made me feel uncomfortable with the idea of sleeping in the bed. You were all booked up so I didn’t bother going down to request another room. I just attempted to sleep on the desk chair, which went poorly. There were also random strands of hair on the shower wall and the smoke detector was hanging half way off the ceiling. The wadded up paper towel in the peep hole was… a choice, I guess. Didn’t feel too safe there, so I checked out 4 hours earlier than originally planned.
