Disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy to book back to back bookings.
Disliked: The toilet started leaking, they wouldn’t fix it. Said they was gonna change my sheets and towels, all my things got moved but they didn’t change the bed or towels. The room stunk and the lady at the desk tried to say my stuff was what smelled. The didn’t give me the refundable deposit of 50 from either booking. They didn’t answer the phone in the morning or early in the day. No parking, people even parked in the handicap ramp, the whole room felt damp. It didn’t match the pictures from the the booking. No new room, no refund, nothing. Would not recommend to stay.

Disliked: They put us in a room that was not clean they said they would not do anything about it cause they wanted to switch ourr room at 1 am we have to small kids and 2 small dogs so moving rooms at 1 am is not ok
