Liked: A new staff member was extremely nice to me and tried his best to make me happy despite my being very mad. And alot of other motel guests were mad as well.
Disliked: None of the items you said I would have in my room were available. You said I would have a coffee maker and a microwave and fridge. I brought food that had to be put in a fridge. And coffee. I have to have food due to my disability. When advertising this room I feel i was completely lied to. The motel blames Booking. Com for falsley advertising. I am not the only customer this is happening to. I witnessed customers upset at the motel because they were expecting the fridge microwave and coffee pot as well. I am angry at this happening to myself and so many others. . And when i complained at the front desk, i was told i could pay extra if i wanted these items! How about i want to be refunded part of my money because i was lied to? It was filthy. Throwup at top of stairs to 2nd floor and pizza boxes piled super high. I told the office were the Manager was about this mess on the stairs and how canswere full she informed me maintenance off on the weekend. What? This is a huge mistake! Unprofessional and not ok. I am disabled and i had to plan my trip carefully and can hardly walk due to my disability. And to have to walk through vomit and pizza boxes all piled high and all outside garbage cans too full to add garbage. And cigarette butts were everywere outside of the rooms. Even when cleaming staff clean the rooms i never once saw them clean up the cigarette butts despite having to walk over them to get in the guest rooms to clean them. This is just a sign of extremely incompetent workers. And the managment and staff are smoking all outside the uffice below the room i was put in. All their smoke was coming upstairs in to my room whem i opened my door. Staff should be alot more respectful to their guests. And never be seen smoking in areas that guests are or walking through. Make a private area away from the view of huests. It is totally Unprofessional to let them do this. And i too am a smoker. But even I know better than this staff. I am furious.
