I would like to come...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: It was noisy

Bad

Liked: The staff
Disliked: They didn't tell me the pool was closed. During the klamathfalls fair! No fridge or microwave. Room not clean. And noisy people in and out all night untill early morning. So no sleep for me.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great. The staff were kind and helpful.
Disliked: I had to have my key card reprogrammed 8 times as it kept locking me out of my room continuously.

Poor

Liked: Cheap and open late
Disliked: Felt very dirty

Disliked: Dirty throughout, small, crusties on toilet seat, stairs & railings dirty, repairs being done but could still be clean.

Great job. More towels.

Liked: The rooms clean n the showers hot. N beds comfortable.
Disliked: No extra towels. Im a big giy and need 2 of ghose small towels to even dry

Passable

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Beds were comfortable, and AC worked well.
Disliked: The pool was closed in July, and we were put in smoking rooms when we requested non-smoking rooms. Cleanliness was not great. The floors needed swept and mopped badly.
