We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the room - dirty, nasty towels, TV did not work and the door looked to have been jimmied some time ago.

Liked: The front desk lady was very professional and did her best to correct the missed reservation.
Disliked: Room was dirty and towels were soiled.

It was a good stay...

Liked: I liked the location I was at.
Disliked: The 4 bed bugs I found and when I asked for my refund, it never came through.

Disliked: the rooms sucked! remote was broken. channels were off, bathroom toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, I mean I can go on.

We were just here to...

Liked: Check-in was a breeze. Private entrance. Mini fridge, small dinette area with microwave. Our beds were very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: No coffee pot, no breakfast. Only one set of towels for two people. No remote for TV, but called front desk and they brought me one. Our second room, the beds were awful. Very uncomfortable for the boys.
