Liked: The room was very clean it was in a great location easy to get to all the places I needed to go and the staff was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: There was really nothing that I can complain about everything was good

Liked: Great location and amazing staff

Liked: Location is perfect, staff extremely pleasant.
Disliked: Door lock messed up, even though we had smoking room there wasn’t a working circulation fan and that caused the smoke detector to go off, the power and lights kept flickering it was weird.

Liked: staff lady behavior is very very bery bad to customers but once i checked out there is person hes so polite
Disliked: just the person when i checked out

You get what you pay....

Liked: Reasonable roomrate, friendly staff.
Disliked: A coffee machine in the lobby would have been nice.

Horribly wrong and offensive

Liked: Absolutely horrible. Non smoking room stank if cigs, there was some kind of weird stain on the wall, and everything was gross inside and out. When we asked for a refund they said because we used the toilet in the room we couldn’t get a refund. We used a little bit of toilet paper. That’s it. We drive 8hrs and have to use a restroom and can’t use the one in their lobby because they don’t have one ! It’s under construction. Front desk woman was extremely rude start to finish. We left and went to a different hotel immediately. Sketchy folks hanging around outside too
