Liked: The friendly staff and the pool was nice and deep
Disliked: The room was small and dirty, it was definitely not up to standard. The mattress had a big indentation in it, and the fridge was dirty. The cost was too high for what was provided.

Disliked: No breakfast. Felt the mattress springs it was a little hard. It would be great to have a small table and chairs to sit down to write or to drink coffee or tea

Disliked: My room wasn’t updated, fridge didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work, the outlet in the room,head board didn’t work & the pool was closed the whole time I would not recommend

Extremely rude, incompetent, and disrespectful...

Liked: This was a horrible experience that made it very difficult to enjoy my stay. The only aspect I could genuinely appreciate during my limited time there was the pool. Everything else fell far below expectations.
Disliked: I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and their numerous mishandlings ultimately resulted in a serious security breach—an unacceptable failure in any hospitality setting. Management appeared indifferent and made it clear that guest concerns were not a priority. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
