Liked: Always our place to stay when not at home but still local...pet friendly.
Disliked: Whatever the reason. Staff opened the door without knocking and entered room. Was told they were checking on the condition of room on a report from 2 hours ago but I had just checked in an hour earlier. Dog barked at her and she left. TV remote did not work and changed it out but still didn't. Did not try a third time. Toilet handle had to be tightened because it would continuously run after a flush. Stay is usually much better. I am hoping will be better next time

Disliked: Took forever for warm water for the shower. Low water pressure in the sink. Wanted to exchange bath towels and one person refused saying I had to turn every towel and even said could not guarantee would get any back.
