Disliked: Not clean hole in bathroom wall, bathroom not clean hair in bathroom, no Comforter on bed, latch for safety broke. Door for entry into room stuck. Linens seemed dirty not fresh. Needs a lot of maintenance in room. Front desk stated it was one of the better units. Couldn’t believe she said it.

Liked: It's a shiny place iam shocked I use this place no charg pet they shared me no hot water too k all week to fixing padrd for a week two days hot food at clean they charge me top of mark iam showed teared .e like shit would. Ot refund me iallwas use motel 6 may as well went to Holliday inn

Disliked: The next door occupants had dogs that barked really loud and that person caused me and my bf to fight and WE were kicked out. I had no time to get all of my belongings and had some of our stuff stolen right in front of the security guards face and also one of my emotional support animals died in our room. There was a huge bug the first night that crawled on the ceiling and I thankfully spotted it before closing my eyes to go to bed. The ac was not plugged in safely and it violation of national electronic code where it was against regulations. The window was hanging off the tracks and wasn’t secured. Only the lock latch was holding it against the other window. It wouldn’t slide.Very unsafe and the security guard was literally talking to meth heads all friendly but was absolutely rude towards me and my bf. There are drug addicts there and two people who OD’d from drugs done there while we were staying there. I didn’t feel safe.

Liked: Fur babies stay free.
Disliked: I arrived and checked in with no issues. When I went to the room, the mattress were bare and filthy. There was a gap in the bottom of the door frame big enough to see outside. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette but the stove was broken. I went downstairs to report the issues and the front desk argued that house keeping had "just left the room and said sheets were on the bed" they also dismissed the kitchenette situation because "technically, only the Studio 6 locations have to have kitchenette" I asked multiple times to be updated if anyone checked out of a double bed room. Nothing! Even as I watched people check in and out, still no new room. No refrigerator, which was probably a good thing! When the night came, so did the bugs!! Not just small roaches, large ones the size of small mice!! Coming from everywhere!! The staff don't care!! Most uncomfortable stay we've ever had!!
