Disliked: Bathroom in ADA room non compliant parking lot in poor repair, grass not cut, pet area not safe, graffiti on patio fireplace, lobby not air conditioned, language barrier with kiosk staff, phone falling off mount, signage confusing. Truly not my usual experience with this chain.

Although our experience with one...

Liked: Cost.
Disliked: For a handicapped couple, fourth floor at opposite end of the hall wasn’t good even with an elevator. They had one hanging clothes cart that must have weighed 150 pounds. There was no local person to check you in or check you out. Only a person through a camera. However a person was called to come and verify you left the door key card. It worked, but not personal at all. Bed was pulled away from headboard leaving a cavity for your pillow to go away. Edges of bed were so soft you felt like rolling out. One side of bed was about 30” from the AC providing a cyclic cold blast. I used a pillow to shield myself from the cold air. The bathroom floor from the center of the toilet over to the walk-in shower was slopped up to the shower floor making balance a little of an issue and the flooring at the bend in the floor had come loose from the concrete below. On the good side, once I figured out how to have the AC fan remain on, it wasn’t such a burst when the compressor cycles. Place wasn’t easy to find. You turn in from the street, go around one motel, then all the way around another motel to get to Motel 6. However Waze did a good job leading us to the motel.

Disliked: Room was smelling like smoke, the plastic protecting the mattress made a lot of noise when turning in bed, the reception was with someone on the other side of the screen (telework), we arrived late at night.

Liked: I didn't not stay they said my reservation was not in the system I was very upset I had my receipt on the phone they said it was not in the system and I could not stay I had to end up spending money at another hotel🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😕
Disliked: I couldn't not stay even though I had my receipt on my phone just because it was not in their system I'm very upset I had proof it was paid for still couldn't stay
