AVOID. Completely unsafe.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Open drug taking by groups of men in the carpark. Man laid out on the floor looking like he was overdosing. Burnt out car in carpark. Was so unsafe we didn’t even get out of the car, we had to immediately drive away and book another place to stay! Hotel have kept the money and refused to respond to any of my messages since.

Liked: Beds were decent
Disliked: Not a great location. A group of 3-4 to young men in the back part of the parking lot smoking pot in the morning when we left, one of them was an employee . The check in was VERY impersonal There was not an employee there "physically" to check us in but they appeared on the monitor of a machine from wherever, I had to scan my license then a key card was printed. The hall was dirty and smelled musty. Our room had water on the floor, my husband went to tell them because we weren't sure where it was coming from and he was told by the "person in the machine" that they would send someone down and never did. Would not recommend this place.

Disliked: Rooms were nasty. Price didnt match what was told online nor as advertised. Staff was not present had to speak with a computer. Staff was not willing to discuss pricing being wrong and not as advertised. Elevators were broken. Had to carry 2 small children and luggage up 3 levels of stares
