Very good

Liked: The front desk lady was literally so amazing. We were there for a sober softball tournament and she opened up to us abour her own journey and really made us feel welcomed. Loved her. I forget her name but she was an older lady?
Disliked: The AC is controlled by the building and it was hot. They offered fans but I had to sleep with the window open.

Liked: .The staff at the front desk were courteous.
Disliked: The hotel is supposed to be smoke-free but someone clearly had previously smoked in our room. The toilet was clogged and did not fully flush. The light above the sink did not work. The hotel in general seemed a bit run down and in need of renovation

Disliked: The shower is a bit old, but clean.

Liked: Close to my marathon location.
Disliked: The sink was plug then fixed. The shower did not work correctly. Was given another room for our shower.

Disliked: Service poor...had to ask for everything...more than once...Did not show when scheduled day to clean room.Pool maintenance in August??? Really??No outside area to sit at a table or relax...that pool area provided that!!

Disliked: I REALLY DID NOT LIKE THAT MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THE HOTEL TRIED CALLING ME 3 TIMES AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION. ABSOLUTELY UPSERD! IVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE!!!

Disliked: The AC was super loud, the double queen room had literally 1 towel. The shower floor was grimy. The pool was out of service, I saw rooms with multiple cats in the window. A 50 dollar check in deposit was taken, this wasn't expressed on booking.com. will see if they refund that like they promised.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent value no frills. Even have a clean pool. IHOP right next door.
Disliked: Nothing
