Disappointing

Liked: rooms were updated, clean and bed was good
Disliked: was on main floor, got into room at 9 pm and just wanted to shower and go to sleep, occupants in the room right above me were the noisest people i had ever heard, no insulation between floors could hear every footstep which was non stop, sounded like the were dragging suitcases around, could hear toilet flush, showers at 10 12 and 2 am, more furniture noises dragging on floor, another shower at 5 am,sounded like half a dozen people in the room, even with ear plugs had terrible sleep, recommend getting a room on the second floor

Disliked: Loud. Room was by parking lot. Could hear everything all night. Bring earplugs.

Liked: Staff allowed me to work in the lobby (remote work) by moving a few chairs and tables around to work my shift in private since I work in the healthcare industry.
Disliked: Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, woke up with shoulder/neck pain the next morning

Liked: Staff was excellent , room was basic but clean
Disliked: No hair dryer in room , bed was very soft and uncomfortable

Disliked: We left at 5:45 in the morning and there was. I way we could get coffee. She said she was putting g it on pretty soon and nine in room

Liked: The front desk attendant was fabulous. Have us a free room upgrade with a jacuzzi tub. Much appreciated after a long driving day

Liked: Very warm and clean. Only thing is website says u have cribs for kids safety. I asked for one. And did not have any.
