Disliked: I didn’t feel safe at all. There were weird people in the property smoking on the hall at 3AM, heard people screaming, babies crying super loud, lots of homeless near by. The room smells cigarette, dirty floor. There was no hot water in the morning. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but we couldn’t handle this place and had to find another hotel. Also, there was a small gap between the door frame and the door itself so you could kinda see outside. I don’t know if people could see us inside but it was another huge discomfort.

Liked: I asked for a NON smoking room and the whole room smelled like smoke we had to turn the air off cuz it smelled so bad . The pool is not working they have it all destroyed and locked up. The sheets had long hair all over them and stains and my son and I have short hair . There is no refrigerator to keep our drinks cold . No microwave . And we were on the back so which has no parking so I couldn't see my car being in a bad area . I worried about my car all night . Had I known I would have never booked . I wanted to lay out by a pool.

Liked: The location was the only thing I liked and there was no ice, the place was super dirty and my sheets had Stains all over the comforter all over the sheets there was roaches in the bathroom it was horrible
Disliked: I didn't like the roaches I didn't like the fact that the ice machine at convenient just broke down there was no ice machine on the property when we looked for it the sheets are all dirty the company was all dirty at least two to three times we end up killing roaches coming out of the bathroom it was a horrible stay we won't be staying there anymore

Disliked: The TV didn't work . The restroom smelled a lot of pee

Liked: The property was not the cleanest and the electricity went out for 2 hours! The bathroom was nasty had roaches that were dead and alive! The hot water was not hot but the sink water was hot boiling! Under the air condition had hole under it and the plug was not in the wall it was patched up! The pool was nasty!
