Unclean, uncomfortable, and completely disappointing...

Disliked: We stayed at this Motel 6 on May 29, 2025, while traveling from Saskatchewan to Ontario, and it was by far the worst experience of our trip. When we arrived in Room 311, we discovered bugs in the room. We immediately went to the front desk to report it and request a refund, but the staff member told us that wasn’t an option and could only offer us fresh sheets — which obviously did nothing to solve the problem.To make matters worse, while we were reporting the issue, another guest in the lobby was complaining about the same problem in Room 119. Clearly, this is an ongoing issue at this property.On top of that, the hot tub had hair floating in it/around it, making it feel just as unsanitary as the room. It’s clear that the cleanliness standards at this hotel are nowhere near acceptable.The employee at the front desk advised us the only option was to email the manager for a refund, which I did immediately following our stay. To this day, I have yet to receive any response back.After a long day of driving, the last thing you want is bugs crawling on you in your sleep and unclean facilities. This experience was completely unacceptable.Would not recommend this location to anyone.
