Worst stay ever

Disliked: Room was 1hr 40 min late being ready. No bathroom available as I waited. Literally advised I go to 7/11.Tv was a mess. Area smelled. Horrible

Very poor experience - smelly,...

Disliked: Our first room had a very bad smell of smoke so we had to switch to a new room, which also had a bad smell... but at least it wasn't a smoke smell so we stayed in it. Our sheets had cigarette holes burned into them, which was gross. And we were disappointed by the comfort of the mattress and sheets - you could feel the springs on the mattress and the sheets felt like paper. Overall, the room did not feel clean, had a bad smell, and was uncomfortable.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. Always a plus if I can park right outside my room.

Disliked: There were no towels in my room. I had gotten there late and had to go to the desk to inquire. The tv was hard to navigate.

Liked: Very,very friendly staff.Very convenient location. Good parking for a large uhaul.
Disliked: 2x rooms were rented: 1x had weed and crumbs on the table, the other someone had been smoking cigarettes in heavily, the TV and bathroom door knob didn't work. Both rooms had a ton of stains all over.

Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting. Stained sheets and bedspread. Pillow smelled like bad cologne. Floors were so gross I didn’t take my shoes off. No lock on the door. Smelled terrible. Just gross.
