Disliked: Just stayed for the night but people around seemed hanging out outside and lobby area. Smoke smell was just stuck within the building. Room is not that bad but its just the surroundings. They had a sign board that anything stolen from car is not their responsibility and which I was worried about if something happens to car etc!

Terrifying, disgusting, and exhausting from...

Disliked: This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever been at. Unfortunately I couldn’t change the reservation last minute and I paid the price of my decisions.The police raided a room on my floor the last night. Then a dog was barking from around 4am till after 6:30 am and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. They even claimed they checked multiple times and heard nothing when several other guests were yelling at the dog to shut up. There was trash everywhere, dirty socks in the elevator, hair on the toilet.The girl who checked me in had a badly infected new tattoo on her hand and was arguing and hung up on a customer when I was first walking in.There was a room on my floor with a woman’s sanitary pad half under the door and what appeared to be crushed up cereal coming from under the door for the first 30+ hours I was there. So they definitely didn’t sweep the halls during that time.Graffiti was done in the elevator at one point and then removed, but the trash in the elevator stayed the entire time (it was a chocolate treat with Russian text on it, among other trash, that’s why I remembered it) This was genuinely a horrible hotel, I never felt safe or clean the entire time.
