Dissapointing and gross

Liked: Location & complimentary coffee and granola bars in the morning
Disliked: Hallway to the rooms as well as the Room smells old, gross stains all over the carpet in the room. Could see they don’t vacuum the corners of the room or under anything. No coffee maker in room. Fridge froze all are beverages and food even on the lowest setting. The bed is so old and uncomfortable. The sink tap doesn’t even get Luke warm even after 20 mins. The shower you have to turn on 10 mins prior to getting in to get hot water, once you get hot water be careful standing in there as it will suddenly scold you randomly.
