Liked: Room was nice size.
Disliked: Online it shows pool is open, which is what I specifically selected in my filters when picking the hotel, wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. First time we asked when the pool would be open and we were told they were waiting for city inspection, second time we asked we were told they were waiting for a part for the pump from China. Things happen, I get it, but don't advertise it's open when it isn't and don't lie to me. Also, couldn't even take the dog out without being asked if I knew where someone could get drugs. Trash everywhere, and had to constantly stomp on cockroaches. Absolute trashiest place I have ever stayed at. Ended up checking out a day early because people were fighting outside the room, and I just didn't feel safe anymore and they refuse to refund me. 10/10 don't recommend to anyone for any reason ever!!

Disliked: The first night I got bit my something and woke up with a swollen hand and arm. The first night was a Saturday and we left on a Thursday. We told staff they moved us to a different room, that room was worse infested with roaches. The staff was very kind but that doesn’t help the swollen hand. We told them that both room were bad and they said not all room where bad but what is the chance that it happens in both rooms. In the 2nd room another one of us had a small bite on the hand but luckily didnt swell bad. Both of these room were also not next to each other they were pretty far. Day of check out we told them the manager wasnt there so we left our number and they never called us back. I will for sure not be staying here again and dont recommend to anyone.
