Liked: Customer service was good didn't know I got a smoking room and it smelled alot like cigarettes went to the lobby and asked if I could transfer to a non smoking room and without hesitation they were able to do it.. would've liked it more if it was a big bed instead of 2 full

Disliked: would like my money back this hotel was so nasty and infested with roaches. I had roaches crawling on the beds, crawling on the floor in the bathroom on the ground. I left my food on the bed to go take a shower come back it’s roaches all in my food all through my clothes. I had a horrible experience there please refund me my money.
