Receptionist is a discriminator

Disliked: The receptionist.. very rude and kicked my child and I out in 42° F weather even tho we booked. But she didn't see the on her computer so she told us (my ten year old daughter and I) to stay outside until the reservation was recovered.. horrible experience especially being that it was 3:30 in the am as well!!! Very disappointed in the service. As well as the other (colored) couple who had booked and had it on their phone like me and we were all forced into the cold weather and share and uncomfortable wooden bench that really only seats 2 maybe 3 if ur within a reasonable weight.

Disliked: I was put on a do not rent list and wouldn't tell me why.

Disliked: Everything. I literally didn't stay there, I left. The room was moldy.

Disliked: Very poor conditions, the bathtub had a hole in it, when you stepped into the tub water would push into the tub from underneath, could not stay, I have video and pictures that would shock you.
