Avoid this roach motel!

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near the I95 & Florida Turnpike on ramps
Disliked: The room was full of roaches. They were crawling everywhere in the bathroom. The room was wheelchair accessible but the shower was full of mold, dog hair and strands from other guests. The toilet seat was broken and did not flush very well at all. They left a plunger in the bathroom for a do it yourself fix. Travel bars of soap were offered and if you needed other toiletries, they were available at the office for an extremely high price. Do not waste your money to stay here. The front desk clerks didn’t seem bothered by the fact there were bugs. They desperately need an exterminator.

Please Do Not 2nd Guess...

Liked: Not very much. I’m very emotional about my stay here, it hit like hitting rock bottom.
Disliked: I’m absolutely humiliated about staying here, ashamed really. I’m surprised I survived. There were spiders and roaches in my room. Human Waste in the toilet. The bath tub looked like something out of a horror movie. It was so hard to breathe with all the chemical and medicinals smells coming from all the rooms and poorly cleaned a/c. For the safety of the community I would not allow my family or anyone I care about to stay here. After staying there a one night, and being asked to pay extra fees and then getting to my room and finding the door looking like it was kicked in. I would have to review this hotel as actually condemned. It is an actual CRIME to keep this hotel listed on this website. Please Do NOT second guess this comment. This hotel almost put me in the hospital. God Bless

Liked: 18 wheeler friendly and pet friendly. Staff Shandra was very helpful.
Disliked: Noise people hollering and slamming doors right in front of our room. Also toilet didn't work in the first room they put us in sohad to change rooms.
