Disliked: The beds are not comfortable.

Disliked: There was a guess next door with 3 dogs and was barking all day and night. I asked the staff if they can move us to another room but the facility was full. I think the facility needs to revisit their policy about noise and dog accommodation.

Disliked: You had to use the night window to check in. The main lobby never open.THE ICE MACHINE NEVER WORKED OR NEVER HAD ICE!!!
