Disliked: Very disappointing. It didn't look nothing like the pictures. We didn't even stay we drove 5 hours back home. There were vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires, people starring and giving very bad vibes. The place just scared us and we was not staying there with our children.

Liked: Close to Carowinds.
Disliked: Did not even make it through check-in. Ceiling in lobby covered in water leaks. Floor in lobby had water all over. Hot in lobby. Did not have refrigerators. Lady at desk acted like she did not even want us to stay. We traveled 2.5 hrs there, and my husband had forgotten his ID. I had mine, but she said we needed both for our safety. No thanks.

Nice employee. Dirty and unsafe...

Liked: The man behind the counter was nice and helpful. The closeness of the location to the interstate was helpful for a quick and easy place to stop to get some rest. Cheapest price in the area. Pets were allowed.
Disliked: Although the man behind the counter was nice and helpful he was the only employee. I booked online and when we arrived he was not sure there was a room available. He was able to give us a room but he had to go up to clean it because there was no housekeeping employees. He left us waiting for a very long time while he cleaned the room. As we were waiting at least 10 people started to gather in the lobby all needing something. These people started discussing a murder that happened there days ago and people were shooting guns into the windows and how the 3rd floor is where squatters live and sell drugs. (our room was on the 3rd floor). This made us feel very uncomfortable. The facility itself was very dirty and run down. It smelled like cigarette and marijuana through the hallways. You could tell the employee tidied up the room and I think he did his best, but you could tell it was rushed and not cleaned the way a room should be. The towels seemed clean but there were hairs on them and we were only given 2 (there were 3 of us). The beds were made but there were stains on the sheets and comforters. Floor was dirty and door didn't lock properly. We felt very unsafe! The cost was too much for the stay.
