Motel 6 Florence KY - Cincinnati Airport

Horrible. Will never stay at...

Liked: Location near highway and other hotels (thank goodness) because I could not stay in a roach infested motel.
Disliked: Bugs in all the rooms. Horrible smell in all the rooms. I consented to being moved to a new room and that room also had cockroaches. I ended up having to ask for a refund. Which I still haven’t received even though I was told I would get one. Have had a hard time contacting booking.com live support to help.

Disliked: Ice machine broke for 2 days Exceptionally Loud Neighbors. Complaint to front desk. At 5am music was so loud from neighbors. Unexceptable.

Disliked: There were burn holes in the bedspread and we killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
