Liked: I liked the convenience and price of the room.
Disliked: Walls were pretty thin and I could hear others in the rooms next door pretty clearly. Room was clean enough, but the amenities seemed dated. Beds were ok, but a bit soft for my taste.

Zero Customer Service

Liked: Paid and turned around because the front desk staff was so rude.
Disliked: The extremely rude front desk staff and the fact that the owner didn’t post on Booking.com that their establishment has a rule about leaving a second guest’s name so they can check in.

Very uncomfortable night in a...

Liked: The only positive I can think of is they had a larger sized swimming pool for my kids to swim in.
Disliked: Older outdated property with small rooms and very small bathroom. Worn out old mattress and we could literally feel the springs and my husband and I kept rolling towards each other in the middle. Lumpy cheap pillows, I woke up with a neck ache. The worst part is the air conditioning did not work in our room. We were burning up and couldn’t get space to get away from each other’s body heat because of the old mattress sunken in the middle. My parents also stayed here in another room here the same night as us. Their AC worked, however, they also complained to us the next morning that their bed was horribly uncomfortable. Luckily, we also stayed here one night while passing through on a road trip to the Grand Canyon. I would NOT have stayed here a second night. I very respectfully communicated these things with the front desk staff at check out and she was unapologetic and could have cared less.

Don't stay where you aren't...

Liked: There is an elevator and a working pool.
Disliked: Loud banging in my room all night. Called the front desk at 1 AM. Told the manager in the morning and he said it was water pipes. No caring that I didn't sleep the night before. No offer of another room. The door did not latch unless it was bolted from the inside. The AC was tepid at best.
