Liked: The staff is wonderful. I like the location and the price was reasonable. They added a new beverage machine that is great.
Disliked: It’s a little noisy sometimes; people yelling and loud music

Overcharge warning

Liked: It was supposed to be cost effective
Disliked: I was overcharged $138 and have been fighting to get the refund. There were transients everywhere all over the place. It was not very clean, but i guess cleaner than expected for a Motel 6. The staff was okay if a bit melancholy. The experience wasn't great at all. Unlikely to return.

Liked: The front desk guy was extremely nice, check in was easy & fast. I asked for a first floor & was given one with no extra charge like the last motel 6 I stayed in. My parking spot was right by my door. So many choices to eat within walking distance. It was close to the freeway.
Disliked: The area had a lot of homeless people hanging around. They were going through the dumpster & throwing the trash out on the ground making a mess. It is in an extremely busy area which was good for places to eat but not good for noise. One of the residents got into an altercation with another & their laundry ended up missing. I was confronted about the missing laundry.

Liked: The staff is friendly.
Disliked: The whole room smelled like cigarettes and it was a (no smoke room), the towels were dirty, and there’s mold coming out of the bathroom ceiling.

Liked: Ok for one night, old carpets but bed and bathroom were clean

Liked: Easy access on and off. The beds were comfy enough.
Disliked: The room smelled like cat pee. There were fruit flies in the room. I asked to move rooms and the gal at the office said I couldn’t because they were overbooked.

Liked: Stacy at the front desk very nice, very helpful. Manager is not qualified to run a day care, it's a nicer management at the drug location near the freeway.
Disliked: Connor, no people skills at all
