Moldy and no fridge/micro/coffee

Liked: Staff were nice.
Disliked: The room smelled of mildew and mold. The floors were cracked and bubbling and raised.from where moisture was coming in. The bed was old and springs were pressing into my body. The wifi was terrible. The shower was tiny. There wasn't a fridge, microwave or coffee pot in the room despite my booking having one. This is false advertising. As someone with severe food restrictions, having access to at least a fridge is very important as I had to bring and make most of my own food. I ended up sick from staying in this room. When I asked for a new room I was told no. No reason given.
