Massive headache (literally) and not worth the money.

Liked: It was clean & remodeled, has usb plugs by the bed and nice lighting setup. Good channels.
Disliked: WI-FI NEVER worked a single day during our 5-day stay, spoke with staff multiple times and the most we were given was Ill give it a look. Water was shut off with no warning, didnt have any running water for five hours. Curtain didnt cover the window completely so people could still see through gaps. Bathroom fan was incredibly loud and rattling: the sound was never consistent (like the water drip torture) it shook so hard you could feel vibrations in bed, and was so loud it gave my girlfriend multiple headaches during our stay.Toilet intermittently drained water loudly all the time, had to close the bedroom to cover most of the sound (but not all.)The TV randomly dimmed itself our first night and there was no setting to fix it. It also had burn-in blobs throughout.Laundry machines also never worked during our stay, had to go to an off-site laundromat.Never a comfortable shower or hand-washing experience! Whenever we had water it would fluctuate between too cold and too hot with brief moments of a comfortable temperature.Lastly, I had to FIGHT to get any sort of compensation, we genuinely would never have booked here if we knew the wi-fi would never have worked at all; let alone water being shut off and laundry not working. They made things as difficult as possible, being told they couldnt do anything but someone would call us with no calls, having to talk to the front desk multiple times, and then being told we can do 15-20% off each night which turned to 10% a minute later.At the end of it all, the assistant manager NEVER called us, and we didnt even get the full price of a night off.Even the non-remodeled and not-so-clean Bellingham Motel 6 was much better and everything worked there. Even the noisy fan we had there in one room was quieter!

Disliked: Kinda skeevy vibes. Decent room. Night window is very hard to hear through with loud background noise, it's like playing charades.
