Liked: The a/c was broken. The stuff was short so no room service. Nobody to fix a/c
Disliked: Nobody offered to change rooms or give compensation

Not up to par.

Liked: Location and staff were great.
Disliked: Room too small to hold 2 beds. Beds crammed against walls. Had to pull bed out to change temperature. Very little space surrounding beds.Rates were raised to twice the amount because of an event town. Because of that, it was a bad value.

Disliked: Kinda in the middle of nowhere for Eugene location. Nothing within in walking distance other than Denny’s

Booking.com bait and switch, pay...

Liked: Booking.com gave discretion that was not accurate. Said it would have Frig. But did not. Told the and they were going to charge us more for premium room. Upset with Booking.com bait and switch. Give discription charge more for it, but does not go through.
Disliked: Description and price match the room.
