Liked: The staff was understanding, the location was ideal, and the bathrooms were nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes upon entering, the elevators were not clean, and there wasn't a do not disturb sign, leading to knocks on the door by strangers.

Liked: It was near where I was going to be at
Disliked: Lots of homeless people walking around/yelling. My room had no hair dryer or microwave but my friends room did. I was cold the whole night. The blanket was paper thin. Very little staff so housekeeping service was basically none. Front desk staff was limited. When we got in about 1pm the 1 desk clerk in staff was locking a door with a note saying “back in 10 min” so we had to wait outside. I work at a hotel and there should be at least 2 desk staff so one can go on break or help a guest while the other one can cover. It was weird
